Muck Sticky Causes Hullabaloo April 3rd

Controversial musician Muck Sticky creates a commotion on April 3rd with his new album ‘Hullabaloo’

Memphis, TN, March 25, 2012 –
Fun-loving musician Muck Sticky creates a commotion with his eleventh album ‘Hullabaloo’ by taking an unconventional approach to inspiring to the uninspired. Known for his feel-good party songs and often controversial subject matter, this musical oddity has a provocative style and a very positive message.

“These days it seems people allow certain circumstances or material things to keep them from having fun, and they spend most of their time being depressed and miserable. My new album is about finding reasons to celebrate each day and enjoying the things you love. It’s time to stop worrying so much about life and just live it!” said Muck.

Raised in middle class America, Muck Sticky learned at an early age to make the most of what he has and be grateful for life’s simple pleasures. “It just seems silly to be stressed out all the time. If you focus on the good things in life, more of them seem to show up!” he adds. “My music is designed to put you in a good mood and keep you there.”

With over 11 million song and video plays online, a cult following known as ‘The Tribe’, and a relentless cheerful demeanor, Muck Sticky has become a beacon in the dark for many troubled young people who find joy in his fun, energetic sound.

“When I was a teenager I swore to myself that when I grew up I wouldn’t speak down or preach to the younger generation, and that I would never judge them for being curious about taboo subjects.” Muck recalls. “I relate to my fans in a way they understand, while encouraging them to become more enlightened and love themselves for who they are. Most everyone has the desire to party and explore their curiosities. I say it’s okay to do so, but be smart about it! Self-control and responsibility are an important part of life, but so is having fun!”

The first single “Party On!” is now available for free download (album & radio version) on the Muck Sticky website or Facebook page, and a video for the song will be released in April. The full album will be released on April 3rd, 2012 and an album release concert will be held at The New Daisy Theatre in Memphis, TN on Saturday, April 7th. Fans who attend are encouraged to wear a costume or pajamas. It has been almost two years since Muck has performed in Memphis, which is his home town, and the 2009 Memphis-based MTV series ‘$5 Cover’ featured him performing at the New Daisy. New tour dates are continuously being announced for 2012 on Muck Sticky’s website.
